[메가시티뉴스 배종태 리포터] 제18회 부산콘텐츠마켓(BCM)이 45개국, 700개 업체가 참가하며, 22~ 24일 벡스코 제1전시장에서 개최된다.
전 세계의 콘텐츠 산업계 2천여 명의 바이어와 셀러가 참가하는 이번 행사는 '글로벌 콘텐츠 허브 부산(Busan meets Global Media Content Leaders)'이라는 주제로 방송, 애니메이션, 웹툰, 게임, 크리에이터 등 다양한 장르가 한자리에 모여 글로벌 네트워킹을 모색하고, 케이(K)-콘텐츠를 전 세계에 알릴 예정이다.
콘텐츠마켓은 22일 오전부터 ▲[마켓] 동유럽, 아프리카, 중동 교류 협약 ▲[투자유치(펀딩)] 투자자문단 비즈 매칭 및 국제 공동 투자협약 ▲[대규모 학술회의(콘퍼런스)] 방송부터 웹툰 지식재산권(IP), 인공지능(AI) 등 다양한 내용 ▲[특별이벤트] 부산콘텐츠마켓(BCM) 인터넷 동영상 서비스(OTT) 드라마 어워즈(BODA)' 개최 등 다채로운 프로그램으로 구성해 진행한다.
또한, 이날 오후 5시부터 개최되는 개막식에는 반야호반(NSFF 집행위원장), 안보현(홍보대사, 배우), 니브 피치먼(영화감독, ‘동조자’ 총괄제작사 대표) 등 150여명이 참석해 개막행사와 환영리셉션을 진행한다.
BCM 시장(마켓)은 동유럽, 아프리카, 중동의 기관과 협약을 통해 신규 해외 콘텐츠 시장을 개척할 예정이다. 세르비아의 '노비 새드 필름 페스티벌(Novi Sad Film Festival)' 주최자인 반야 호반(Vanja HOVAN)과의 협약과 남아프리카공화국 및 나이지리아 등 아프리카 국가들과 K-콘텐츠 진출방안 등도 논의한다.
또 BCM 투자유치(펀딩)'는 30여 개 창업투자회사와의 비즈니스 매칭을 통해 웹툰, 메타버스 등 다양한 콘텐츠에 대한 투자 기회를 제공한다. 아울러, 국제 공동 제작 유치와 투자 협약식도 함께해 콘텐츠 산업의 활성화를 모색한다.
BCM콘퍼런스'에서는 22일 ▶한국 콘텐츠 포맷 판매 트렌드, ▶드라마 시장의 진단 및 방송사별 대응전략 , ▶시즌제 드라마의 기획과 성공사례, ▶한자콘텐츠의 예술화와 미디어 산업화 등의 주제로 K-드라마의 글로벌 성공 사례를 집중 조명한다. 특히, 시즌제 드라마의 기획과 성공사례에서는 드라마 '재벌X형사'의 제작진과 주연배우 안보현 씨가 제작 이야기를 나눈다.
